CHECK- IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check in from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. If after 5.00pm special arrangements will have to be made, guest to please contact us prior to arrival day.
Check out: Up till 10.00am. If available, pre-arranged late check-outs may be arranged subject to additional charges.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA GUESTS:
Two bedroom rates are for up to four persons. The Villa caters for a maximum of six persons in total - sofa bed for use by extra persons over and above four persons at an additional charge.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
A booking may only be considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received with the balance due on arrival/check-in. We accept Visa & Master Cards.
Cancellation Policy:
Low Season:
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $80.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund. In the case of a no show the full amount of the booking will be charged.
High Season (Easter; Xmas & New Year; Noosa Tri):
If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $80.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund. In the case of a no show the full amount of the booking will be charged.
All refunds issued are payable in Australian Dollars and are subject to any applicable bank charges.
We suggest Travel Insurance for peace of mind.
