Coolum Beach Resort is a small, vibrant walk-up resort designed around a beautiful centerpiece heated pool & plunge pool, 7-Seater Spa & sauna and also enjoy Enjoy the Restaurants within the complex.

These spacious, well laid out air-conditioned rooms include free cable TV (not available in "Lucaya" next door), DVD's, linen and towels. The fully equipped kitchens also include fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher and separate laundry facilites which include Washing Machine and Dryer. All apartments have their own private balconies.

Coolum is at the beginning of a 17km long beach running through to Sunshine Beach. Coolum SLSC patrols the beach 365 days of the year.

We are superbly located to access the Resort Golf courses of Twin Waters or Noosa Springs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coolum Beach Resort - please note these terms and conditions are a guide and can be discussed with the resident managers.

Tariffs are subject to change without advice. Where a booking has been paid for and receipted, the tariff quoted shall be honoured. Rooms include linen and weekly servicing (when paying for 8 nights or more).

A deposit is required to be paid for all bookings. A minimum of $200 deposit is required in the low season, $300 in the mid season and $500 in high season. Full payment in Mid & High Seasons required 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Booking Cancellation Policy:-
- 0-14 days - No refund of deposit
- 15 days or more full refund minus 25% admin fee
- 29 days or more in holiday season full refund minus 25% admin fee
- 15 -28 days in holiday season no refund of deposit
- 0 - 14 days in holiday season no refund of full amount
- No Show - Full amount of booking/accommodation - No Refund

Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Early Check-In can be arranged if possible at no extra charge and Late Check-out can be arranged at $10 per hour after 10 am. No Refund for Early Departure.

Office Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4pm and Saturday 8.30 am to 10.30 am.

Late Arrivals - We can look after you but we ask that you phone Reception for Instructions prior to your arrival date.
