Booking Conditions

Credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) and photo I.D. are required at check in for security reasons.

**No check ins / check outs allowed Christmas Day or Boxing Day

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is non-refundable unless 28 days prior notice of cancellation is given in peak seasons, or 14 days notice in any other times (an administrative charge of $50 is payable for all cancellations). Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund.

Whilst in occupancy you are responsible for any damage or breakages within the apartment or to Body Corporate property caused by yourself or your guests and as such will be liable for the replacement / repair costs incurred by said damage or breakages. Please familiarise yourself with the standard terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of your receipt prior to or at check in.
