Deposits
When booking online a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before your booking will be accepted. When booking via e-mail or phone a non-refundable deposit (minimum $200) equal to one-third of the total price is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.

Account Balance
The balance of your account is payable by cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or EFTPOS on arrival before occupancy.

Cancellations
Low Season:
7 days or more notification: refund of deposit, less $50 admin fee.
Less than 7 days: no refund.

Mid & High Season:
14 days or more notification: refund of deposit, less $50 admin fee.
Less than 14 days: no refund.

No Show: no refund.

Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Unit Allocation
Whilst every effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested apartment. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening, and an alternative apartment will be selected.

Check In & Check Out
Check in at Macquarie Lodge is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival.
Check out at Macquarie Lodge is 10:00AM on the day of departure.
