CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. ALL cancellations must be in writing - email reception@stradbrokehotel.com.au
2. ALL cancellations will incur a $50 admin fee.
3. Cancellations 72 hours or less is transferable but not refundable
4. Cancellations 24 hours or less is non transferable and non refundable
5. If you do not show up for your booking it is not refundable or transferable
6. Mid and Peak season cancellations 30 days or less are non transferable and non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A 1.5% SURCHARGE
Guests are advised that due to the nature of our business, our hotel suites can be affected by bar and function noise. We are a very busy hotel and our licence runs until 12am. On any given night, the noise emanating from our business can affect our rooms and the guests staying in them. Guests will be required to sign a guest registration form on arrival which, along with our standard policies, will include the above noise statement.
Please also note that if you are booking an Ocean View, Ocean View Deluxe, Garden View Deluxe or some standard Hotel Rooms, these rooms are especially noise affected as they are situated above a public bar. On weekends the noise generating from this public bar will be heard in these rooms. Please contact the hotel on 07 3409 8188 if you have any questions
WAVES APARTMENTS
BOOKING POLICY
1. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff must be paid when booking to secure your reservation. Bookings will be cancelled if no deposit has been received within 7 days.
2. The remaining balance of your booking must be paid up to 30 days prior to your arrival or your booking may be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
3. Any bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must be paid in FULL at the time of booking or will be cancelled without notice.
4. All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge which is applicable to all payments.

2. Bookings made in LOW season are transferrable up to 30 days prior to arrival date but must be for the same number of nights and in the same apartment otherwise deposit will be forfeited, transfers are only permitted for a 6 month period from original arrival dates.
3. Bookings in LOW season are not refundable or transferrable 30 days or less to arrival date.
4. Bookings made in MID or PEAK season are not transferrable or refundable at any stage after booking.
5. Refunds are not permitted for early departures.
