Blueys Retreat

The perfect get-away destination for couples, small groups and families. Blueys Retreat provides the opportunity to relax and unwind in total comfort.

1. The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy the property shall not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Children and infants over 1 year old count as a person. An infant under 1 year will be allowed but is subject to a nightly charge. Additional guests will not be permitted.
2. Pets are not permitted.
3. Accommodation is for holiday purposes only. Functions and parties are not permitted. Excessive noise or nuisance behaviour will result in termination of the tenancy without refund of any rentals paid.
4. No refund of any unused part of a holiday booking after arrival will be made except under exceptional circumstances.
5. Premises are available after 3p.m. and must be vacated by 10a.m. on the date of your departure. Late departures may be available. Please ask at the office
6. A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival as a security deposit. Guests are responsible for any damage to the premises or loss or damage to any items in the premises. Any damage, breakage or losses must be reported to the Manager and guests may be charged with the full cost of replacement or repair to any items.
7. All furniture and equipment should be left as originally found.
8. Parking: All properties have two car-parking spaces. Parking of additional vehicles, boats etc. must be arranged with the Manager prior to arrival and may not always be available.
9. Telephones are not provided in the houses but mobile phone coverage is available from Telstra & Optus. Vodaphone is not available in the area.
10. Reception hours are 0900 to 1700. If arriving outside these hours please phone (02) 6554 0184 for key collection arrangements.
11. Broadband may be available from the property you are staying in or in the Clubhouse. Complimentary internet access is for email use and web browsing only. In the event guests use the internet for movies or large downloads or if the allowable capacity is reached or exceeded, charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy
20% cancellation fee of the total accommodation cost applies if cancellation or booking amendment occurs within 7 days of arrival. 100% fee applies if cancellation or amendments occurs on the day of arrival or after check in.

During High Season(s) and Christmas period, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation cost will apply if cancelled or amended within 30 days of arrival. Full charge applies to no shows.
